Well, after a year of hard work attempting to get things JUST right, iTunes-U is up and running!  We have started a series of discussions with faculty and staff detailing how they can create content to upload to iTunes-U.  Additionally, some new technologies will soon be on campus to help instructors record content (lectures or short snippets from their offices) and upload.

We have moved to Application Pack 2, Service Pack 1 release of Blackboard CE 6 suite.  We ARE experiencing some difficulty with SOME classes (in particular the Spanish classes).  Blackboard has been advised, and is working on a fix.

Well.  It looks like something's amiss with the WSCC wireless network, and we are investigating the issue.  Another day at the office !  We have upgrades for the wireless network that we will be installing soon.  We're not sure if some of the upgrades are causing the issue, or we are seeing some rogue traffic, or a network loop at this point. 

Additionally, we have some equipment that we will be purchasing, that should help us diagnose problems, such as this, more quickly, but these items will have to wait for October 1, 2007!
